DESIGN SECURITY SERVICES LTD (DSSL)
Design Security Services Ltd, Design Out Crime strategy is a Safe zone crime and anti-social behaviours prevention solution for Trinidad and Tobago and the world at large. This solution approach will diversity crime prevention utilizing different stakeholders to facilitate usage of their facility, whereby, a holistic camera surveillance picture of the entire City, Town, Island, or Country area of responsibility can be attained, this information gathering facility will include State-of-the-Art Main Operations Centre, Venue Operations Centre and Mobile command Centre.
Our strategy’s main focus is to put perpetrators of crime in view anywhere and everywhere they frequent, whereby, they will be monitored with natural surveillance, and their access control will be mitigated. The Area will provide the perception of being detected and deterred and perpetrators will be apprehended.
This strategy will provide all Law Enforcement agencies and Units with precise and timely information to respond, whereas, whilst committing the act or soon after, this will mitigate crime and anti-social in some areas and eliminate it in others, reducing the perception of criminality in the minds of residences and visitors.
The end game is establishing a security and safety Safe Zone for the Region.
About us
Design Security Services Ltd. is a Security and Safety Company specialising in reviewing and generating risk management solutions and providing control and mitigating strategies. DSSL was born out of Design Security Services, a trading company that came into existence in 2009, whereby, members conducted risk assessment in many areas, and in 2018 became a Recognized Security Organization (RSO) functioning on behalf of the Government of the Republic of Trinidad and Tobago, the Ministry of Works and the Maritime Services Division.
DSSL team has over one hundred (100) years of collective experience in all security aspects. The company possesses a great wealth of knowledge and experience in executing Critical Infrastructure Facility Security Assessments and can develop appropriate security and safety Plans, that will ensure efficient and effective control and mitigation strategies. DSSL also can design, supply, and establish Main Operations Centre (MOC) and Venue Operations Centres (VOC) in support of the Closed Circuit Television (CCTV) System, communication, and response.

DSSL provide Consultancy service in Risk Management that includes Risk Assessment and generating a Security and Safety Plan.
DSSL also provide control and mitigation solutions arrived from the Risk management process. These solutions include designing an Area of Responsibility and providing Closed Circuit Television (CCTV) or Open Circuit Television Systems and Access Control systems.
